Damaged Product Returns

At Glowlightin, we take great care to ensure your items arrive in perfect condition. If your product arrives damaged:

  2. Provide photos of the damaged product and your order details.

Once your claim is approved, we will offer the following options:

  • A full refund to your original payment method.
  • A replacement product sent to you at no additional cost.

Please Note: Refunds are only issued for damaged products. Products must remain unused and in their original packaging for returns to be valid.
